To the Club Intrawest Board of Directors,
Konrad Kawalec, a Club Intrawest/Embarc member and candidate for election to the Board of Directors has submitted a letter, as permitted by the by-laws, requesting three (3) resolutions be included in the agenda, that membership contact information be made available to Konrad to assist him in maximizing member engagement and participation at the Special General Meeting, that the Agenda and Proxy process be re-issued and that remote access be provided.
I/We support Konrad Kawalec's requests and strongly urge the Board of Directors to give due consideration to these requests in order to demonstrate the Board's commitment towards maximizing member engagement and participation.
